Non-Profit Events
Venue: Horizon High School
We have also planned non-profit events, such as this one, where a well-known entertainer read his recently released children's book to a group of grade-schoolers. In addition to the reading, there were contests for the kids, and prizes for teachers and students alike.
Our event planning experience all started back in 1992 with Farewell Fiesta at Horizon High School. For over 12 years, wee were in charge of at least a $25,000 budget, over 300 volunteers, games and activities for over 600 students, as well as coordinating first aid, security, entertainment, food and beverage, entrance, fundraising and decor.
