FREE Preliminary Consultation
Sit down and discuss your event, beginning with your budget and goals. Share with us your vision and your concerns. We'll advise you on the steps that need to be taken to ensure a successful event.
Timelines - $175 each
Option 1: After a free initial consultation, we will custom design a timeline for you to follow to assist you if you wish to plan your own event.
Option 2: After a free initial consultation, we will prepare a detailed, customized "Day Of" timeline, which will keep you, your vendors, and important principals on track throughout the day of your special event.

Day of Event Services - $950
Day of event services actually begin approximately 30 days before your event. We will schedule a comprehensive meeting with you to go over all details. We will be available for any questions that arise during that month.
We will review your contracts and contact all your vendors 7-10 days prior to the event to make sure everyone is on the same page and knows when to arrive and what to bring. We will be present at a rehearsal for up to one and one half hours. We will provide on-site services (at least 2 people) the day of your event (averages 8 hours) to coordinate all components and to make sure everything goes smoothly. We will oversee your vendors to make sure that everything is as you have specified. We will have an emergency kit for those last minute crises. We will take care of any last minute vendor payments or tips that you wish to pay. Up to 20 hours of consultant's time (a $550 value over regular hourly rates).. Additional time will be billed at the rate of $75 per hour. A detailed, customized Day of Event Timeline is provided for no additional charge. You will be free to enjoy your event. You may combine this option with Hourly Consultation fees for planning purposes if you wish.
Hourly Consulting Service - $75 per hour
If you need help with planning and selecting vendors, or just some advice along the way, this may be the best option for you. We require a minimum of 6 hours or $450 for this option, and you will be billed monthly with an accounting of time spent. You may combine this Hourly Consulting Service option with either the Day of Event Services option or with the purchase of either or both of the Timelines (above) to keep you on track.
Full Service Event Planning - $2500
Many coordinators charge you according to your budget or the number of people attending your event. We believe that it is fairer to you to charge a flat fee that you know up front. We will coordinate your entire event, and provide as much consultation and advice as your desire. Our services may include, but are not limited to, initial date selection and budgeting, site inspection and vendor research, contract reviews, maintaining invitation lists and responses, venue diagrams, seating concerns, rehearsals, transportation and travel concerns. This option also includes everything in the Day of Event package above. Up to 40 hours of consulting time (a $500 value over regular hourly rates.). Additional hours are billed at the rate of $75 per hour. Customized Timelines are always included at no additional charge. Note: Weddings over 150 people may require a higher fee

Honeymoon Planning - No Charge
If you are under contract for either Day of Event Services or Full Service Planning, there will be no charge for honeymoon consultation and research. Otherwise, there will be a $200 deposit, which can be applied against the cost of your honeymoon. If the honeymoon is not booked, then the deposit becomes a research fee and is non-refundable.

Marriage Ceremonies - Officiant - $300.00
In conjunction with either Day of Event Services or Full Service Planning Services, Holly will perform the marriage ceremony, if requested, for an additional charge of $300. Attendance at the rehearsal is also included.

Custom Invitations (price varies)
We will custom design and produce invitations, programs, menu cards, announcements and other paper products especially for your event. Please call or email for more information.
